Objectives
To direct and control the sales force and overall business activity of the company in the assigned territory,  co-ordinate with local distributors as required and to ensure that the approved budget of sales and profit is achieved or exceeded.
Main responsibilities include:
?	Managing the achievement of company budget,  sales and profit targets in the private,  institutional and tender areas.
?	Providing dynamic leadership,  training and assistance to sales personnel to help them achieve their sales targets.
?	Support of Sales Field Force Manager in closing deals with big pharmacy chains and institutions.
?	Implementing controls to monitor business effectiveness in the assigned territory and taking remedial action where necessary.
?	Reviewing both sales for appraisal and providing training accordingly.
?	Providing feedback to Management / Head Quarters on a weekly and monthly basis to report the company?s and competitor?s business activities.
?	Maintaining contact with distributors and ensuring optimal stock levels are kept 
?	Maintaining excellent contact with opinion leaders in the major therapeutic ranges in order to obtain their assistance for different product ranges.
?	Evaluating product portfolios and making recommendations to management for further business potential.
?	Providing a monthly forecast highlighting market dynamics and proposing plans to maximize opportunities, 
?	Setting objective and standards for all sales personnel in collaboration of the Field Force Manager in accordance with the company?s overall strategy.
?	Ensuring appropriate implementation of developed marketing,  promotion and detailing campaigns.
?	Providing market information and feedback to the marketing function and recommending changes.
?	Maintaining control of all expenses to ensure overheads are kept to a minimum in the assigned territory.
?	Implementing business activities in accordance with the company?s overall strategy.
